We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Because each piece is produced in limited quantities and often made-to-order, we cannot offer returns based on:

• Size issues

• Change of mind

• Color variation

• Fit preference

• Minor print differences

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Approved cases will receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.

Please contact your carrier to file a claim directly.
